Olly Archer is a Mountaineering & Climbing Instructor & Coach based in North Wales and working everywhere.

After leaving university with a BSc in Physical Education & Sport Science. Olly started his career in the Adventure Activities Industry over 20 years ago, working for Robinwood Activity Centres, where he quickly learnt the skills, knowledge & gained qualifications to deliver high quality courses and develop a wide range of skills.

After helping Robinwood set up a new centre (Barhaugh Hall, Alston) and establish a complete staff training & development programme, Olly moved to Aberdfyi, Wales to work for the Outward Bound Trust, furthering his experience, knowledge and qualifications. The Trust’s emphasis on personal development, enabled him to see and use the benefits of adventurous activities to help build confidence, self-worth, mindfulness and positivity in all aspects of life for all his clientele.

Olly moved to London to work in the ever growing indoor climbing industry. He drew on his many years of coaching & instructing experience to develop & deliver courses for the Castle Climbing Centre, as well as, route setting, helping train & mentor staff and establish a high performance Youth Climbing Squad Scheme, with members going on to join both junior and senior GB & GB Para climbing teams. He also continues to work for Geckos Climbing Ltd running both indoor and outdoor rock climbing courses.

He achieve Britian’s highest climbing qualification, Mountaineering & Climbing Instructor (MCI) from Mountain Training in 2015.
With passion for the outdoors, Olly set up Live Dream Adventure, with the goal of designing, developing and delivering the highest quality instructing & coaching courses for all.
